Directions for use:

Press stop pawl to retract ratchet
Turn adjusting screw to set height of blade according to thickness of insulation
Insert cable into trough
Push ratchet up until blade fully enters insulation
Turn tool around cable circumference, then pull along cable for longitudinal cut
Blade turns automatically
Remove insulation
