IC LOGISTIX operates a world-class Calibration & Repairs Laboratory at its Randburg, South Africa offices. Our technical team is factory-trained and certified to perform calibrations and servicing to industry standards, ensuring high-quality, consistent after-sales support.

Fujikura (Japan) recommends that all Fujikura splice machines be calibrated annually or after every 5,000 arcs, whichever occurs first. Test equipment should also undergo annual calibration. All calibration services offered by ICL are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and procedures.

Adhering to these recommendations helps to extend equipment lifespan, minimize unexpected failures and downtime, and reduce long-term maintenance costs. Regular, manufacturer-standard calibration is a prudent investment in operational reliability and cost efficiency.

IC LOGISTIX is the sole accredited Service Centre for FUJIKURA, AFL TEST, SOFTING, and COMWAY in Southern Africa.

Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art calibration equipment, and our after-sales support encompasses maintenance and calibration services, warranty repairs, and both telephone and WhatsApp assistance. Our team of engineers provides consistently high-quality workmanship on all splicing and testing products and accessories.

Service & Repair Centre - DRC

On 1 July 2024, IC-Kora opened Central Africa’s first Fujikura service and repair laboratory in Kinshasa, DRC. This facility provides local access to specialised diagnostics, maintenance and warranty repairs for Fujikura equipment, reducing the need for costly cross-border freight and downtime.

IC-Kora is dedicated to delivering expert repair and maintenance services to customers across the region, ensuring timely, manufacturer-standard support and dependable after-sales care.
